Shipping & Returns

 

Products purchased from Iridescent Technologies have a 7 day guarantee against any defects. Customers are able to return the products in order to be refunded or replaced, provided the products are returned in their original packaging. This must include documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions;

  • All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Certain hardware items items may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
  • If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund for the product.
  • All software can only be replaced with the exact same product.

 

Costs of deliver for returning the goods will not be reimbursed.

We use various courrier companies, in order to provide the most efficient and professional deliveries. Our aim is to deliver within 24 hours, but can take up to 5 working days depending on your location, and upon receipt of cleared funds. All items are shipped with insurance.

Most orders are shipped the next business day.  Orders placed after 12:00 noon, will be sent for delivery the next business day. If your order is placed on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays)

Although we try to ensure your delivery is on time, we cannot guarantee it, as once the product passed to the courrier company, we don't have complete control over factors that cause delay and take NO responsibility for delayed orders.

Extented Delivery Times

Should an order be placed for an item which Iridescent Technologies do not have in stock, we will first contact the customer and only then order the stock from our suppliers. Should our suppliers not be able to confirm a date within three weeks, from time of the order, for delivery, we will contact you and act on your instructions.


Deliveries will be charged on a weight and region basis. Any deliveries to Gauteng, under 2kg will be charged at R49. Additional charges for weight and regional destinations will be calculated at checkout.
